Here’s how it works...

Before the dinner...

• you and Brian Tolle pull together the background information and documentation of your growth efforts to date to share with your panel members as pre-work.
• Based on your business and vertical markets, Brian Tolle assembles a panel of four local business owners and/or subject matter experts, such as marketing, operations and information technology. Panel members are chosen for their:
• demonstrated ability to provide constructive and supportive feedback
• business acumen
• growth mindset
• strict adherence to confidentiality
• desire to help small businesses thrive

During the dinner...

• we kick off with a Q&A discussion, then you leave the room and Brian facilitates a separate discussion with just the panel members.
• after about 30 minutes, you are invited back in the room and Brian Tolle and the panel presents you with our Top Ten list for you to consider starting, stopping, or continuing to do to grow your business.
• The dinner and discussion wraps up with you having a clear action plan for growing your business.

After the dinner...

• You and Brian Tolle have a follow-up meeting one week after the dinner to discuss the feedback, your reaction to it, and further refinement of your action plan going forward.
