About Brian Tolle

Brian Tolle is President of The Tolle Group and also authors Corporate X-Ray, a blog that looks at the impact of corporate culture in the business world.

He has a Masters of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois and has been a visiting faculty member at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and Loyola University of Chicago. He is a former co-editor of ASTD’s Chicagoland Chapter’s magazine, Training Today. Lake Forest Corporate Education, a division of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, named Brian "Most Distinguished Business Management Faculty Member" for 2004-2005.

His certificates include Achieve Global, Development Dimensions International (DDI), Situational Leadership II, DiSC Personal Profile, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Brian also serves on the Board of Directors of Artrain USA.
